If a name or address needs to be changed for a premises licence holder or DPS then you need to notify us so that the licence can be updated.
You can notify us by email at licensing@north-herts.gov.uk or apply by post to the address below:

The request must include the licence number, existing name or address and the updated name or address.
The fee for this is £10.50 and can be paid online:
You then need to send back your existing licence and an updated one will be issued.
