You must be able to produce on request your premises licence, personal licence or club certificate.
If your licence has been lost or stolen, you must submit a request for a replacement and pay the appropriate fee.
Premises licence and club certificate
To request a copy or replacement you must pay the appropriate fee and email licensing@north-herts.gov.uk with your request and receipt number.
Fee and payment
The fee for a copy or replacement licence is £10.50.
Once we receive your request we will issue a replacement licence. This will ordinarily be sent to the licence holder address or an agent where one is on file.
Personal licence
To request a replacement you must pay the appropriate fee and email licensing@north-herts.gov.uk with your request and receipt number. You may request your photo be updated as part of this request on suppling a new photo.
