The Members Information Service (MIS) is a regular weekly mailing to all Councillors to keep them informed about news and issues involving the council.
It is also issued to Parish Councils, local County Councillors, Members of Parliament and a number of officers within the council.
MIS includes:
- The Chair and Vice Chair's calendars
- Information notes
- Decision sheets from recent meetings
- Planning applications and decisions
- Press releases
- Occasional news from partners (for example, the police and PCT monthly bulletins)
