We are currently considering a number of planning applications which are required by Policy SP9 to produce a masterplan.
Where a masterplan is produced as part of a planning application, information will be included within the relevant planning application file.
All of the information relating to a planning application can be found on the planning application search page by entering the relevant application number.
Masterplan information to meet the requirements of Policy SP9 may be currently being negotiated or prepared. Once it is ready, it will be added to the application file and listed below. There will normally be a further public consultation on the planning application once this information is ready.
