Change of vehicle
You can transfer your existing residents permit to a new vehicle. There is no charge for this.
You can request this by uploading proof of ownership of the new vehicle.

Change of name or address
If you move property or change your name or address, you can update your details by logging into your account (as above). Your changes will be reviewed and we will contact you with further details.
Lost, stolen or damaged permit
If your permit has been lost, stolen or damaged, we may be able to issue a replacement permit free of charge. Log into your account (as above) to request a cancellation of the lost, stolen or damaged permit, giving a brief explanation of the circumstances. Your request will be reviewed and we will contact you with further details.
Surrendering a permit
If you no longer require a resident’s permit, visitor permit or a visitor ticket book, please contact the Parking Support team at parkingpermits@north-herts.gov.uk.
If you no longer reside at the property for which the permit(s) have been issued, the issued permits may be cancelled and if found to be used may result in a penalty charge notice being issued.
