The Commercial directorate has been formed to work alongside other service areas to develop projects, with a view to generating income, and looking at our existing services to see where efficiencies can be made. The directorate will also lead on future council investments by investigating potential business opportunities.
We have developed a commercial strategy for North Herts Council, which provides a clear focus for the Council's commercial approach over the next five years. A copy of our commercial strategy is attached below.
