To support the delivery of our Council Plan, we produce a Council Delivery Plan.
This sets out the key projects that we plan to carry out during the year. As well as setting out what we plan to do, it also details the risks to achieving those goals and the performance indicators we will use to monitor expected outcomes.
The Council Delivery Plan is set in March each year and then monitored and updated each quarter.
