It is a criminal offence to drive a licensed vehicle without displaying a valid licence plate on the vehicle.
You should be able to produce the paper vehicle or driver's licence upon the request of a Licensing Officer or the police.
If your paper licence or vehicle plate is lost or stolen, it is important that you inform the Council and apply for a replacement using the form below.
