Infrastructure Funding Statement
The Council is required to publish an Infrastructure Funding Statement annually. The statement sets out all activity that has occurred in the preceding financial year relating to the securing, collection and distribution of infrastructure funding from S106 Obligations relating to approved development schemes.
The statement also includes reference to non-financial benefits that have been delivered through Planning Obligations.
