Telephone problems - 29 May 2024

5pm (29/05): The telephone issues that we have been experiencing have now been resolved.

We apologise for the inconvenience these issues caused, and we thank you for your patience.

1pm (29/05): We are still experiencing issues with calling customers. If you have a call back logged, we expect there to be delays in customers receiving these. Please bear with us while this is investigated and resolved.

9:30am (29/05): The technical problems with the telephone system are now mostly resolved and customers are able to get through to us.

3.30pm (28/05): The technical problems with the telephone system are still intermittently stopping customers from getting through to us. We apologise for the continued disruption.

You can still report a problem or contact us about a service using the MyAccount customer portal.


1pm (28/05): We are now able to receive calls, however there are still some intermittent issues affecting the telephone system. Please bear with us while they are investigated and resolved.
