12 Jan - 4pm: The technical fault that caused the loss of power yesterday has now been resolved, and services are gradually being restored. We hope that all services will be operating as normal by Monday morning.

12 Jan - 9am: We continue to experience problems related to yesterday's power loss. This means we are still unable to answer phone calls this morning. Some of our online services remain unavailable, including the planning applications portal, job applications and our council meetings and minutes pages.
We hope to have a further update later today.

11 Jan: Due to a partial loss of power at our offices, the Customer Service Centre is currently unable to answer any calls. Some of our online services are also unavailable at this time, including the planning applications portal.
