We welcome applications from residents of North Herts and surrounding areas, and these applications will be made on merit.
The role
Are you passionate about marketing and eager to make a difference? The Council’s Herts Careline community alarm and telecare service is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Apprentice to support our Careline service. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital, event, PR, and social media activities.
The experience you will bring
You will need some knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and creative writing, and have good written and verbal communication skills for writing press releases, social media posts, and internal communications.
You will be able to manage multiple tasks at once and have good planning and organising skills. Some familiarity with social media platforms and website understanding would be beneficial, and some skills in data analysis to determine if a campaign was successful or not via key metrics would be beneficial. If you have a creative mindset and bring a willingness to learn and a proactive attitude, this position is for you.
You will benefit from practical experience in various aspects of marketing, and work in a supportive team to really make a difference to older and vulnerable people across Hertfordshire. If you’re ready to make a first step in your marketing career and make a meaningful impact, apply now to join the Herts Careline team.
As part of your employment, you will study for and complete a Level 3 Multi Channel Marketing Apprenticeship.
Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship or in a similar subject.
