Healthy Hub North Herts, a free health and wellbeing service, is now back to doing what it does best – helping residents get back on track with their healthy lifestyle.
In recent months the Hub has focused on supporting individuals to access food, medication and financial support during the coronavirus pandemic. However, as things are slowly starting to return to normal, the Healthy Hub is now back to supporting residents with their general health and wellbeing issues.
Designed to provide easy access to health services, as well as offering support, information and advice all in one place, this ‘one-stop-shop’ makes it easy for residents to get assistance with a range of physical and wellbeing issues. Services range from help with stopping smoking, weight loss advice, mental health support, encouragement to get active, advice on how to cut down on your drinking and much more.
To promote the relaunch of all Healthy Hub services, the Hub is giving away a £50 Go Ape voucher plus runner up goody bags. To enter the prize draw competition simply go to the Hub’s Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts @HealthyHubNorthHerts and comment on, like, and share or retweet their competition post as well as subscribe to the Healthy Hub e-newsletter.
The competition goes live on 13 July and closes on 31 July.
Cllr Judi Billing, NHDC’s Executive Member for Community Engagement said: “We hope that this competition helps to raise awareness of the Hub, which will help residents stay fit and healthy. Launched back in January, the Healthy Hub has been a superb resource, helping residents to quickly find support and advice with their health and wellbeing. A quick call or email to our knowledgeable Hub team is all it takes so do get in touch or look at the Healthy Hub website to find out more.”
