Not looking forward to the end of summer and the shorter days? Want to keep active through the autumn in the run up to Christmas? Look no further than North Herts Healthy Hub!

Your local Healthy Hub has organised an exciting timetable of FREE community wellbeing sessions from September to December, including arts and crafts, fun with food, exercise and you can even take your child to meet Safari Stu and his collection of reptiles and creepy crawlies!

Councillor Judi Billing, Executive Member for Community Engagement, said: “The Healthy Hub has been going for more than two years now, and really came into its own helping local communities through the pandemic. We know times are tough and as we come into autumn and winter, we understand it’s likely to get even harder for lots of people. These sessions – which are totally free of charge – are a great way for anyone, but especially those with children, to take part in fun activities within their community. Not to mention our lovely Healthy Hub team will be on hand with support and advice along with a nice cuppa!”

Numbers are limited and some sessions have already sold out so please pre-book online, email healthyhub@north-herts.gov.uk or call 01462 474111.
