The role
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to patrol designated areas of North Hertfordshire to enforce parking restrictions and issue Penalty Charge Notices.
You should have:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in dealing with members of the public.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions with occasional evening and weekend working.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- The ability to operate basic IT equipment.
- A full driving license (automatic acceptable) and willingness to drive a council vehicle.
Knowledge of parking restrictions would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided along with a uniform.
