Herts Careline have launched the All OK service, a new daily welfare telephone call for people who live alone or would benefit from being checked on at a distance. This discreet service provides peace of mind for you and your family, ensuring that someone is looking out for you every day without being intrusive.
Every day, at a time of your convenience, their Control Room will automatically call your landline or mobile telephone. Simply press ‘1’ to confirm you’re OK, or press ‘2’ if you need assistance. If you indicate that you need help or do not answer the call, a call operator will telephone you. If there is still no response, they will contact your emergency contacts and, if necessary, the emergency services.
All OK – a simple call and button press to confirm your wellbeing – can offer reassurance to you and your family, knowing that support is available if needed.
Here’s what customers are saying:
“If anything untoward should happen to me in the night, I would be discovered.”
“Just to say very good service, in fact I look forward to my morning call.”
“It’s like having a friend call each day.”
“It’s reassuring to have a daily phone call at a set time.”
